1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 58bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 58bd website, games, betting markets, and all related services (collectively, "the Services"). 4. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of Services offered by 58bd, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.
• 258bd may require you to complete identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal. KYC documentation may include a valid national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
• 3You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account with any other person. 58bd accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

58bd supports a range of local and international payment methods designed for the Bangladesh market. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• 1All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. 58bd does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit made from an account not registered in your name may be returned, and your account may be suspended pending investigation.
• 2Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on your account, or to a verified account in your name following KYC approval. This is an anti-money-laundering (AML) control applied consistently to all players.

9. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property owned by or licensed to 58bd.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the 58bd platform without express prior written consent from 58bd. Unauthorised use of 58bd intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and will result in immediate termination of your account.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 58bd and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if 58bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

58bd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

58bd reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
